Industry partners

RCR 2009 will bring together scientists, researchers and manufacturers dealing with refrigerant charge reduction in refrigerating systems  and air conditionning in order to discuss the latest developments in this field  ( compact heat exchangers, secondary fluids,  substitution of flooded evaporators, new control methods of the installation to minimize the refrigerant amount, optimization of the liquid line, ... ).

As you probably have developped new systems, we offer you the opportunity to present your point of view on industrial achievements and innovations that enable refrigerant charge reduction. Also we woulvery much appreciate if you could contribute to this day, your participation could take three forms

1- Oral presentation

You could make a presentation of the various systems, equipments or concepts that your company commercialises and that promote refrigerant charge reduction.  You would have a 5 to 10 minutes presentation in the workshop (time to be discussed).  This  presentation will present the technical aspects of the system.

Then the registration to the workshop would amount 700€, including fees, lunch, dinner,  conference CD ROM, company's name and slides in the proceedings.

2- Sponsorship of the event

Insert of your logo on the conference program,  in the proceedings and on the web site:

the location of your logo will depend on the amount of your donation (from 400€) (workshop registration fee not included).

The 1st International IIR RCR 2009 workshop will offer an opportunity for companies to reach an audience with a strong interest in that field. With research experts and industry players from around the world discussing the latest research, current issues facing the industry and delivering an updated overview of what the future holds, this is a not to be missed opportunity for companies to become involved in this event.

3- Both oral presentation and sponsorship

Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Submit your final paper to the Conference Secretariat, preferably by CD or e-mail at the conference. If you are sending the final paper via e-mail, attach your paper in an e-mail and mention "final paper" in the subject field. Alternatively, final papers submitted via CD including a hard copy will be accepted.

Oral presentation guidelines

The time allowed for oral presentation is 15 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for questions afterwards. Strict time schedules will be followed.

All presentations must be via computer screen presentations. Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are preferred. An LCD projector and a PC with the latest version of MS PowerPoint will be available. Authors are requested to bring their presentation on CD, USB memory stick or send it to the conference secretariat prior to the conference by e-mail.
